1. The screw hoist shall be started without load, that is, when there is no material in the casing. After the initiation, the material can be fed to the screw hoist.

 

 

2. During the initial feeding of the screw hoist, the feeding speed should be gradually increased until the additional transport capacity is reached, and the feeding should be average, otherwise the material accumulation and overload of the driving equipment will affect the normal service life of the screw hoist.

 

3. In order to ensure that the screw hoist has no request from the load, the feeding of the screw hoist should be stopped before the shutdown until the materials in the casing are completely transported and the front can be shut down

 

4. The material shall not be mixed with hard bulk material, so as to avoid screw jam and damage of screw hoist.

 

5. In operation, we often check the condition of various parts of the screw hoist, pay attention to whether the screws of the fastening parts are loose. If we find that the parts are loose, we should immediately re tighten them.

 

 

6. Pay attention to whether the screw connection can be stopped or not, especially if it is loose or dropped.

 

7. When the machine is working, take down the cover of the screw hoist to avoid trouble;

 

8. When abnormal phenomena are found in the operation of screw hoist, they should be checked and eliminated, and forced operation is not allowed;

 

9. Smooth oil should be often added to the running parts of screw hoist.
